The woman working in the reception called Ciara, was super friendly and very helpful. The other staff was also polite and kind. The breakfast was not the best but it was ok. No restaurant in the hotel unfortunately. Rooms were clean and spacious. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. The staff was very kind and offered a shuttle from and to the airport which was very helpful! There is not much around the hotel but that is to be accepted when its very close to the airport. We would think the airplane noises would bother us but it didn't.

I stayed here for two days while waiting for my flight, and it was perfect. The location is near the airport, and they offer a convenient shuttle service to get you there. The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of American options like eggs, waffles, oatmeal and even sausage gravy! They provide coffee, tea, ice water and cookies at the front desk throughout the day. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast cook is amazing and cute —she even shared the sausage recipe with me! They also have treadmills for running.

The staff. Particularly Kenny was exceptional. We accidentally left behind an expensive laptop and he made sure that it was returned safely to us. We are grateful to him that he made sure that it was returned to us. He spared us from what could have been a nightmare situation. So a big thank you and many blessings to him and whoever else on staff made sure to take good care of our personal property.

I like the location to the airport. I come to Cincinnati several times a year to fly out of town. I stay overnight because my flight is early in the morning. This hotel is perfect for me. I'm close to the airport, great accommodations, I can leave my car there while I'm gone for a small fee and have a shuttle to take me and pick me up at the hotel, and the staff do a wonderful job.

They had Otis Spunkmier cookies but they were never any up there when we tried to get them. Other than that I would recommend for cleanliness,location,& amenities in the room.
